We have been playing shuffleboard most days and bowling on Friday.
This Friday will be the last day of bowling, AND I will not reveal my average.
Kent & I both say the low averages is due to the alley ball. That's our story
and were sticking to it for now......We plan on bringing our own bowling
balls next year, so hopefully scores will be better, cause we're out of excuses
after that......
Last Wednesday night the Park had the Dennis Lee band come in to
put on a show for the park. It was a free will donation, and the crowd was
pretty big. They were really good, and Dennis was a funny comedian also.
There was only 1 girl in the band and she played the fiddle....She was very good.
We found our new driveway deterrents.......MAYBE these would keep people from
driving around our driveway !!!

Not sure if I'll get this guy back to Indiana luck, but we came upon a storage unit garage sale.....in this instance it was nothing but JUNK....Not a treasure to be had 
on special on Tuesdays......1 3/4 lb. for $18.95 So I decided I wanted Lobster**** Good thing I have been to Maine and had the lobster there !! OTHERWISE, Chuckie the lobster would have died for nothing... At least I knew how to crack the shell & get the meat out. I wasn't thinking it would still be in the shell....duh!! I gotter done, but it was messy, just like in Maine.....  Today we had some friends that we have met here in the park, take us to Desoto Park. That was a really neat park. It's right by the water, and there is a trail you can walk. The first thing you do is watch a video about Desoto, so when you go out & walk the trail it makes sense what went on....We plan to go back when Cheryl & Dave get down here, if we can find it again. |

This is Dick & Donna whom we have met at the
park we are staying in...They are from Michigan.
They took us to Desoto Park today, and we have
played games with them a few evenings...
They will be leaving the park, next Tuesday.....

The house to the right of our motorhome is the house Janice will be renting
for the month of January 2017.......pretty convenient.....It is really hard
to find rentals in here....I just happened to see the owner, and arrangements
were made.......
Ayden will not be 2 until May 28, but he has an older lady in his life.
I think this little chicky is 4.....I guess he was told to give his kisses,
so he reaches over and plants one on her!!!! Funny little guy....
NORA better get her dibs in before this gets too serious...LOL

I have heard that the bowling balls in Florida tend to roll to edges.Something to do with being too close to tidal waters or something... We are visiting the kids in Fort Wayne and headed to Chicago area next week. It is still rainy and cool here so I suspect you will have a hard time getting Kent back to Indiana. Have fun down there!
